Our returns and exchanges department is available from 10am to 4pm Mon - Fri, at 1890 22-33-44. For order status information or other assistance with an order you have already placed with Bestsellers.ie, please contact Sales Support at orders@bestsllers.ie

Exchanges, Returns & Refund Policy:

If you have purchased books in error, please call 1890 22-33-44 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of receipt of the books. If the book is returned in perfect condition (undamaged and unmarked), we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your origional method of payment. The package must be returned to Aeon Solutions' Bestsellers.ie warehouse within 10 business days of issuance of the RMA. A shipping fee may apply for exchanges.

NOTE: Aeon Solutions recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Aeon Solutions or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
